This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Greensboro follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It was amazing. It was us and 1 other person. The food was so good and there's enough to fill you up twice and still have leftovers. Slight kick but it's not bad and it's more like a nice tingle in your mouth. I got the chicken teriyaki with noodles and it was delicious. The noodles themselves don't have to much taste but absorb the taste of the chicken. I would highly recommend it.

Hands down the freshest, yummiest food around. Going through cancer treatments and my taste buds can’t enjoy much. The Bao buns are so light and intricately flavored, my mouth waters just thinking about them! Everything else is just as fresh and fantastically flavored. Can’t wait until my tastebuds are back to normal so I can enjoy the full adventure that is their menu! Oh, and they’re super nice! πŸ’ž

Really delicious food. The tofu curry lemongrass hot box has a very nice spicy kick for those who enjoy the spice. Avocado fresh rolls were delicious as was the peanut dipping sauce. Thai milk tea was excellent. The vegetable broth that came with the meal was very delicious as well.

Ordered online on their website and everything was smooth! Preordered for later pick up. Received text saying it was going to be late by 30 min, turned out to be just 15 min. Food was hot and fresh! Great variety! Love the flavors except the soups all have too much salt for my taste. Easy to add water. Adding extra meat to most dishes is definitely the way to go. Will be back!

This was our first visit to BaoBao Kitchen in Greensboro, and we were impressed! They offer a variety of delicious and authentic Vietnamese dishes, including breakfast options. While the staff might be limited, the wait for our food was worth it. The service leans more towards self-serve, so keep that in mind. The ventilation could be improved, as the atmosphere felt a bit sticky. However, parking was plentiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food and overall experience.
